Director with Andersen Business Consulting in the Technology Integration
Service Line. Before joining Andersen in 2000, he was a Principal and
Chief Architect of the Enterprise Java Services organization of IBM Global
Services.
Dave has twenty-one years of systems and management experience in leading
edge application development and software engineering technologies, and
has successfully built multiple organizations in the course of his
career.
His consulting clients include major organizations in the Financial Services,
Insurance and Telecommunications industries.

Christopher

Prior to co-founding Network Effects, Chris was a
Senior Manager with the Technology Integration Service Line of Andersen
Business Consulting. Before joining Andersen, he was an Executive Consultant
with IBM Global Services Enterprise Java Services practice.
As a consultant, Chris has experience in a variety of engagements –
eBusiness, IT strategy, business process re-engineering, and system development
from desktop applications to enterprise systems. As a software practitioner,
he has hands on experience at all phases of the software life cycle –
requirements, analysis, design, code (C, C++ and Java) and test.
Chris champions a collaborative consulting approach combined with adaptive
methodologies to deliver value in a cost effective manner.
